This painting originates from one of the many photos I took whilst on holiday in Morocco.The colours in the Rabat Medina Morocco are an artist dream with the blue and white washed walls and flowers cascading down from terraces. Painting the flowers was a challenge for me and involved my attempts, with many alterations to the colours and application of paint.
