Winter Leaves
--
Width : 24.4cm Height : 19.4cm Watercolour and Gesso painting
Some of the leaves have been painted with gesso then a light wash of watercolour paint and finished with cling film applied to a second wash resulting in a different effect on each leaf. Prior to this I applied masking fluid on the edge and sprinkling over some leaves to give the effect of a light frost.
My signature is located on the front lower right hand corner of the painting.
