Yorkshire Steam Train
--
Width : 16.5cm Height : 26.9cm
This watercolour painting is a North Yorkshire Moors Railway steam engine at Pickering station The steam fills the station and the darker steam out of the engine disappears into the open roof area. The steam is created by lifting the wet paint off certain areas with a cotton wool pad and I made use of masking fluid on the pipe work and engine lettering.
My signature is located on the front lower right hand corner of the painting.
